    Abstract: In a cement anchor for use in connection with light-weight construction panels, wherein the anchor comprises a cylindrical body with at least one piston forming with the cylindrical body a displacement area in which a meltable cement is disposed together with a heatable melt body, the melt body is heated just before the anchor is inserted into a bore in the panel so that the cement is liquefied and, upon compression of the anchor, is displaced from the displacement area into the space around the anchor, so that, upon solidification of the cement, the anchor is firmly connected to the lightweight construction panel.
