    Abstract: An arrangement comprising a spacer element (1) which can be fastened in an implant with a first screw (3) which can be acted on by means of a screwdriver which can be introduced into the head of the first screw via a first passage (2) arranged in the spacer element. The spacer element is designed to support a superstructure which can be fastened to the spacer element with a second screw (6) which can be acted on by means of said screwdriver, or a second screwdriver which can be introduced into the head of the second screw via a second passage arranged in the superstructure for screwing the second screw into a thread in the spacer element.
