  • Patent number: 11459510
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing an upgraded renewable oil from renewable carbonaceous material(-s) comprising providing a low sulphur oxygen containing renewable crude oil having a sulphur content of less than 0.5 wt % and an oxygen content from about 2.0 wt to about 20 wt %, pressurising the low sulphur oxygen containing renewable crude oil to an operational pressure in the range 20 to 200 bar, adding and mixing hydrogen to the pressurized low sulphur oxygen containing crude oil, heating the oil to an operational temperature in the range 180-410° C. in one or more steps, contacting said oil with at least one heterogeneous catalyst contained in a first reaction zone, contacting the effluent from said first reaction zone with at least one heterogeneous catalyst contained in a second reaction zone, where in at least one of the heterogeneous catalysts in the first reaction zone and/or the second reaction zone is on a non-sulphided form.

  • Patent number: 11111445
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of separating and purifying products from a high pressure processing system adapted for processing a feed stream comprising carbonaceous material at a pressure of at least 150 bar and a temperature of at least 300° C., where the converted feed stream (product mixture) is cooled to a temperature in the range 50 to 250° C., and depressurized to a pressure in the range 1 to 150 bar, the method comprising separating the depressurized product mixture in gas phase, an oil phase (liquid hydrocarbon), and a water phase comprising water soluble organics, dissolved salts and optionally suspended particles in a first phase separator and purifying the oil phase from the first phase separator by mixing it with one or more washing agents, at least one of which comprises water, and separating the oil phase from the one or more washing agents in a further separation step.

  • Patent number: 10428276
Abstract: The invention relates to a feed mixture for use in a process for producing hydrocarbons under increased pressure and temperature conditions, where the feed mixture comprises one or more carbonaceous feedstocks and water, where further a texturing agent has been added to the feed mixture, the texturing agent being adapted to stabilize the feed mixture to prevent separation and further to maintain the feed mixture as a homogenous mixture during a pressurization. Further the invention relates to processes for manufacturing such feed mixture.

  • Patent number: 7150231
Abstract: An active part of an ammunition device. A casing is provided with a sleeve in association with an opening of the casing. A sprung device is arranged between a locking device arranged at the opening of the casing and the sleeve. The end of the sleeve facing away from the sprung device contacts an explosive charge arranged inside the casing of the active part or a liner arranged on the surface of the explosive charge which faces towards the sleeve and the locking device. The locking device is designed to be released from the casing by the action of a force. The active part keeps the active part intact even if materials in the active part have greatly varying coefficients of thermal expansion, while at the same time, in extreme temperatures, the active part is prevented from detonating by the locking device being released from the casing.
