  • Patent number: 9016265
Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation valve for an internal combustion engine includes a housing comprising an exhaust gas inlet and an exhaust gas outlet, and a valve closing body fastened to a valve rod. The valve rod is movable. A valve seat is arranged between the exhaust gas inlet and the exhaust gas outlet. A guide bushing comprising a first section guides the valve rod in the housing. A sealing ring is arranged at an end of the guide bushing remote from the valve closing body. The valve closing body is lowered onto the valve seat by a movement of the valve rod and lifted from the valve closing body by an opposite movement of the valve rod. A circumferential gap is formed between the valve rod and the guide bushing in the first section of the guide bushing directed toward the sealing ring.

  • Publication number: 20060052010
Abstract: The socket for a wedge-base lamp according to the invention comprises a base and at least two electrical contact blades mounted in the base in order to electrically connect electrodes of the lamp to an electrical supply circuit. The electrical contact blades each comprise an elastic part forming a clamp in which the glass cap of the lamp is inserted. According to a first aspect, the base is provided with at least one part in contact with the bottom of the bulb of the lamp in order to centre the lamp in a predetermined manner in the base and to oppose any movement of the lamp with respect to the base. According to a preferred embodiment, the part of the socket in contact with the bottom of the bulb is included in a centring piece mounted in an intermediate manner between the base and the bulb of the lamp. According to another aspect, the contact blades are produced from spring steel.

  • Patent number: 5327704
Abstract: In a method of packaging sliced loafs into bags, each loaf is supplied from a slicing machine and is pushed into an opened bag by pusher means. The bags are supplied laterally connected within a strip of bags and each loaf is then pushed transverse to its direction of supply into the laterally held opened bag by the pusher means. The pusher means is circulated within a closed path. The invention also includes an apparatus for performing this method and a foil strip of bags for use in the apparatus.
