  • Patent number: 10934099
Abstract: An electric pallet conveyor includes a slide moveably supported on a guide-rail of a track. The electric pallet includes a motor for propelling the slide along the guide rail. A first gear pulley is attached to the slide and rotatable about a first gear pulley axis of rotation in response to a rotational torque output from the motor. A second gear pulley displaced from the first gear pulley is rotatable about a second gear pulley axis of rotation. A pulley belt connects the first gear pulley to the second gear pulley and is operable for transferring a rotational torque from the first gear pulley to the second gear pulley. A drive pulley fixedly attached to the second gear pulley engages a drive rail of the track to propel the slide along the guide-rail.

  • Patent number: 10882148
Abstract: A pivot unit includes a housing and a drive motor moveably connected to the housing. The drive motor includes a cylinder housing at least partially defining a cylinder bore. A piston is disposed within the cylinder bore. A first piston rod has a proximal end attached to a first side of the piston and a distal end attached to the housing. The cylinder housing is moveable along the first piston rod relative to the piston and the housing between a first cylinder housing position and a second cylinder housing position. A drive linkage is fixedly attached to the cylinder housing for concurrent movement with the cylinder housing relative to the piston and the housing.

  • Patent number: 10829318
Abstract: A passive part stacker includes a first pivot arm pivotably attached to a frame and rotatable about a first pivot arm axis of rotation between a retracted position and an extended position. The first pivot arm includes a first component support finger that extends radially from a first pivot arm body and a first cam. The part stacker also includes a second pivot arm pivotally attached to the frame and rotatable about a second pivot arm axis of rotation between a retracted position and an extended position. The second pivot arm includes a second component support finger extending radially from a second pivot arm body and a second cam follower engageable with the first cam of the first pivot arm. The second pivot arm is pivotable from a retracted position to a receiving position in response to moving the first pivot arm from its receiving position to its extended position.

  • Patent number: 9346094
Abstract: An automatic indexing dimpler includes a housing having an interior channel substantially centered along a longitudinal axis. A cam is slidably and rotatably disposed within the interior channel. The cam includes a first longitudinal groove, a second longitudinal groove and an angled groove adjoining the first longitudinal groove at a groove bottom end and the second longitudinal groove at a groove top end. Each longitudinal groove defines a discrete indexing position. A cam follower attached to the housing engages the first and second longitudinal grooves and the angled groove to operably rotate the cam about the longitudinal axis as the cam follower tracks along the angled groove from the groove bottom end to the groove top end. At least one dimple engagable with a workpiece and operable for forming a recessed region in the workpiece is operably connected to the cam for concurrent movement therewith.
