Each keys has a layer of photocatalyst material (560) on an outside thereof. A mobile phone (3) in accordance with the present invention includes: a main body (30); a cover (40) defining a plurality of through holes (460); and the keymat. The keymat includes the body portion and the plurality of keys formed thereon. Each keys has the layer of photocatalyst material on the outside thereof. The keymat is interposed between the main body and the cover, with the keys extending through corresponding through holes of the cover.
