    Abstract: Systems and method for monitoring an actual shape of a radiation therapy beam. The radiation therapy beam passes through a scintillation sheet. A light field emitted by the scintillation sheet is captured by a camera. Image data captured by the camera is processed to generate a processed image of the actual shape of the radiation therapy beam. The processed image of the actual shape of the radiation therapy beam may be compared to a programmed shape of the radiation therapy beam.
