Abstract: A ripstop woven fabric woven from a combination of nylon yarn and polyester yarn. The nylon yarn forms between 40% to 80% of the woven fabric while the polyester yarn forms between 20% to 60% of the finished woven fabric. The fabric may be woven in a ripstop pattern. The face side of the ripstop fabric may be coated with one or more of a durable water repellent (DWR) and silicone coating, while the back side of the ripstop fabric is coated with a polyurethane coating. The ripstop fabric has an uncoated fabric weight range of between 23 and 40 GSM while the ripstop fabric has a coated fabric weight range of between 29 and 50 GSM.

Abstract: A double walled shelter comprises a shelter support frame comprising a plurality of frame poles. The plurality of frame poles is configured for being arranged and interconnected in a predetermined manner forming the fabric wall support frame for the shelter. The shelter further comprises a first or outer fabric shelter covering configured for being removably coupled to and supportable by the fabric wall support frame forming an external fabric wall of the double walled shelter. A second or inner fabric shelter covering is configured for forming an internal wall of the double walled shelter and is permanently coupled to the first fabric shelter covering in a spaced apart relationship once the structure is erected.
