Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions which contain refametinib, a hydrate, solvate, meta bolite or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a polymorph thereof, and which are coated with a stability-maintaining coating, to processes of preparing such compositions, and to uses of such compositions for treating hyper-proliferative disorders and/or angiogenesis disorders, such as cancer, either as a sole agent or in combination with other anti-cancer therapies.
