Abstract: A method for seamlessly remote monitoring an availability of a published remote resource on a host is disclosed. The method comprises: sending, from a remote monitoring entity, monitoring commands to the host, via a Remote Display Session (RDS) between the remote monitoring entity and the host, the RDS executing on a web page loaded by a headless browser running on the remote monitoring entity; and determining one or more availability parameters that are indicative of the availability of the published remote resource, by the remote monitoring entity, based on results of execution of the monitoring commands by the host.

Abstract: The presently disclosed subject matter aims to a system and method directed to provide a remote session user experience analysis. The system and method includes Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) server comprising a processing circuitry configured to: obtain connection information from a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client, remote from the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) server, associated with a connection between the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client and a networking device directly communicating with the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client; and, generate, based on the connection information, a user experience score indicative of the quality of the connection during the remote session.

Abstract: A system for management of shared hardware and communication resources shared by a plurality of Workload Generators (WGs), the system comprising a processing resource configured to: obtain historical and current information indicative of past and current utilizations of portions of the shared hardware and communication resources by respective WGs of the plurality of WGs, at a plurality of points-in-time, wherein the historical and current information includes WG usage attributes of the respective WGs at the respective points-in-time; determine importance scores for one or more of the WGs, based on the historical and current information of the respective WG; and perform one or more monitoring or management activities associated with one or more of the WGs, based on the importance scores.
