Abstract: The invention relates to an improved articulator (1) to realize gypsum models comprising a fixed lower arm (2) and an articulated upper arm (3), a respective impression bearing plate (5, 6) being provided on said lower (2) and upper (3) arms, removably coupled with the same, said articulator (1) being characterized in that the coupling between each arm (2, 3) and the respective plate (5, 6) is realized by means (9, 10; 12, 13) allowing the adjustment of the position of the plate (6, 6) with respect to the relevant arm (2, 3).

Abstract: A casting element formed of a pliable material and shaped so as to be applied directly to an articulator support component. A casting element set is provided, particularly when the articulator has different configured upper and lower support components to which the casting elements are releasably set in position. The casting elements preferably include a pliable main body such as one of rubber or other conforming material such as silicone and are shaped to conform with the particular articulators' support configuration. This arrangement allows for casting of models for dental prosthesis directly on the articulator.

Abstract: The invention concerns a set of casting elements for the realization of gypsum models for dental prothesis comprising a series of elements made up of rubber material opened above and at the bottom, and perimetrically closed, shaped in such a way to allow the inner coupling from the lower side to corresponding impression carrier. The invention also relate to a casting system employing the elements.
