  • Publication number: 20220292386
Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure include a method and system for machine learning based evaluation of user experience on information technology (IT) support service. The method may include obtaining a field data of an IT support service ticket and obtaining a multi-score prediction engine. The method may further include predicting metric scores of a plurality of IT support service metrics for the support service ticket based on the field data by executing the multi-score prediction engine. The method may further include obtaining system-defined weights and user-defined weights for the plurality of service metrics and calculating a support service score for the support service ticket based on the metric scores, the system-defined weights, and the user-defined weights. The method may further include evaluating user experience based on the support service score.

  • Publication number: 20220046002
Abstract: A computing system includes a server. The server is communicatively coupled to a data repository and is configured to store a data in the data repository. The server is further configured to receive a first authentication information, the first authentication information comprising a login and a password for an entity, and to receive a second authentication information, the second authentication information comprising at least one identifying information generated by a hardware authentication device. The server is further configured to execute a hardware-based authentication as a service process, the authentication as a service process configured to use the first and the second authentication information as input to authenticate the entity, and to provide computing resources to the entity if the entity is successfully authenticated.

  • Patent number: 11127402
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a system and method for voice development frameworks. Certain cloud-based systems may be embodied in a multi-instance or multi-tenant framework, and may provide for certain computing systems and resources. For example, the cloud-based systems may provide for data repositories and the creation of executable objects, e.g., Flow Designer objects that include voice commands. In certain embodiments, visual development tools, including a Flow Designer system, may be used to create the executable objects, including voice command objects. For example, the Flow Designer system may enable the non-technical personnel to use natural language to more easily create and visualize objects and processes that automate certain tasks.

  • Publication number: 20110200151
Abstract: A receiver is configured for canceling intra-cell and inter-cell interference in coded, multiple-access, spread-spectrum transmissions that propagate through frequency-selective communication channels. The receiver employs iterative symbol-estimate weighting, subtractive cancellation with a stabilizing step-size, and mixed-decision symbol estimate. Receiver embodiments may be implemented explicitly in software of programmed hardware, or implicitly in standard Rake-based hardware either within the Rake (i.e., at the finger level) or outside the Rake (i.e., at the user of subchannel symbol level).
