Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical suspension having improved pH and viscosity and particle size stability and stable uniform distribution of active ingredient. The suspensions contain a therapeutically effective amount of suspended solid particles comprising pharmaceutical active ingredient, a thickening component, and an amino polycarboxylic acid compound and in certain embodiments, a nucleation inhibitor as a means to maintain a stable uniform suspension product. The invention further relates to their method of manufacture and use.
