The device is integrally formed with a centrally located duct support member within a joist bridge frame member. The joist bridge and duct support member additionally has feet members for ease in placing and securing the bridge to the joists or support beams between which it spans. The joist bridge and duct support member provides a optimum load bearing capacity as a joist bridge while additionally providing duct support.
