  • Patent number: 6845206
Abstract: Interbay housing assemblies for use with fiber optic management system racks, include a first enclosure having sidewalls, a rear opening and a plurality of front openings. Mounting brackets are attached to the sidewalls for attachment to adjacent equipment racks. Additional enclosures are positioned adjacent to the front openings. Each of the additional enclosures defines a slot for receiving cables. Each of the additional enclosures can include built-in radius control guides adjacent to the slot for receiving cables. A fiber optic cable management system including an interbay housing assembly positioned between two equipment racks is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20030223723
Abstract: An enclosure for use in a cable management system includes an outer shell having a generally rectangular shape and defining an interior space, the outer shell including a bottom panel, a top panel and first and second sidewalls. A first reversible mounting bracket is provided for connection to the bottom panel, and a second mounting bracket is provided for connection to the top panel. The first and second mounting brackets can include means for supporting cable management devices. The mounting brackets can each include a generally L-shaped member having a first portion positioned adjacent to the top or bottom panel, and a second section positioned substantially perpendicular to the top or bottom panel. The means for supporting cable management devices can include a master plate that can be mounted between the brackets. The master plate can define one or more openings for attachment of the cable management devices.

  • Patent number: 6515227
Abstract: An enclosure for use in a cable management system includes an outer shell having a generally rectangular shape and defining an interior space. The outer shell includes a bottom wall and a sidewall, with the sidewall defining a sidewall opening for access to the interior space. The bottom wall includes a curved portion adjacent to a first edge. A tray positioned within the interior of the enclosure includes a curved portion positioned adjacent to a first edge of the tray. The first edge of the bottom wall and the first edge of the tray are positioned adjacent to each other such that the curved portion of the bottom wall and the curved portion of the tray together form a first radius control structure positioned adjacent to the sidewall opening.

  • Patent number: 5119020
Abstract: A cable assembly (A) is disclosed for a logic analyzer which comprises a flat woven cable (14) having an analyzer connector (18) and a probe connector (22). The analyzer connector includes a printed circuit board (32) and the probe connector includes a printed circuit board (34). Resistor-capacitor networks (D, E) are carried on respective PC board (32, 34) for extending the effective bandwidth of the cable assembly. A cable assembly (A") is disclosed having a low capacitance provided by high gauge signal conductors (92) and increased center-to-center spacing between the signal conductor and exclusively associated ground wires (94a, 94b). Resistor netowkrs (D', E') provide a high input resistance to the cable assembly. An interface shroud (B) connects terminal (C) of probe leads (10) to probe connector (22). A plurality of exterior grooves (54) are formed on an upper wall (44) of interface shroud (B) which receive locking arm (62) of terminal body (60).
