  • Patent number: 11871011
Abstract: Systems and methods for efficient lossless compression of captured raw image information are presented. A method can comprise: receiving raw image data from an image capture device, segregating the pixel data into a base layer portion and an enhanced layer portion, reconfiguring the base layer portion expressed in the first color space values from a raw capture format into a pseudo second color space compression mechanism compatible format, and compressing the reconfigured base layer portion of first color space values. The raw image data can include pixel data are expressed in first color space values. The segregation can be based upon various factors, including a compression benefits analysis of a boundary location between the base layer portion and enhanced layer portion. The reconfiguring the base layer portion can include separating the base layer portion based upon multiple components within the raw data; and forming base layer video frames from the multiple components.

  • Publication number: 20230330184
Abstract: This disclosure provides a method of preventing, alleviating or treating a condition (i.e., neutropenia) in a subject in need thereof, the condition characterized by compromised white blood cell production in the subject. The method includes administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a protein complex on the same day as a chemotherapy regimen, wherein the protein complex is a modified human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (hG-CSF) covalently linked to an immunoglobulin Fc region via a non-peptidyl polymer. The non-peptidyl polymer is site-specifically linked to an N-terminus of the immunoglobulin Fc region, and the modified hG-CSF comprises substitutions in at least one of Cys17 and Pro65.

  • Patent number: 10446969
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a housing and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member. The housing defines cavities that extend from a cable end of the housing parallel to a cavity axis and hold corresponding terminals therein. The housing includes first and second walls defining a TPA slot therebetween that is open to the cavities. The TPA member is mounted to the housing within the TPA slot such that a front side of the TPA member engages the first wall and a rear side of the TPA member engages the second wall. The TPA member is movable relative to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position along an actuation axis perpendicular to the cavity axis. The TPA member in the locked position extends into the cavities, and the front side of the TPA member engages the terminals to retain the terminals within the housing.

  • Patent number: 10396486
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a housing and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member. The housing defines multiple cavities that extend between mating and cable ends of the housing, and are oriented parallel to a cavity axis. The housing holds electrical terminals within the cavities for electrically connecting to mating contacts of a mating connector. The TPA member is mounted to the cable end of the housing and movable relative to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position. The TPA member moves from the unlocked position to the locked position along an actuation axis that is perpendicular to the cavity axis. The TPA member includes ledges that protrude into the cavities of the housing and into corresponding retreat paths of the terminals when the TPA member is in the locked position to block retreat of the terminals towards the cable end of the housing.

  • Patent number: 8713550
Abstract: A software development application determines whether routine name and version number parameters have been identified (33). If so, the application determines whether the specified version of the routine can be accessed (35). If the specified version cannot be accessed, the application locates a substitute version of the routine (37) and compiles and links the routines and a source file to produce an executable file (39).
