The transaction involves an online financial transaction program of a transaction server with a merchant application of a merchant server. The first application is authorized by a communication engine of the transaction server for transactions with the online financial transaction program. Communication is established between the first application and the communication engine to authorize the transaction initiated by the second application to be processed by the transaction server. Data is received from at least one button based on a selection by the user, and a transaction notification indicating authorization of the transaction is received at the first application and from the communication engine.
