Publication number: 20190015624Abstract: An inflatable float tank for providing a therapeutic sensory deprivation session. The inflatable float tank includes opaque inflatable sidewalls including a drop-stitch material. The drop stitch material includes opposing walls with stitched threads extending at acute angles from one another. When uninflated these internal stitch structures are allowed to collapse and provide substantially foldable and pliable deflated sidewalls as opposed to substantially rigid sidewalls upon inflation. The inflatable float tank is filled with float solution including water and Epsom salt heated to skin temperature so as to provide a highly buoyant float environment with a lack of sensory stimulation. The inflatable float tank exhibiting improved insulation within the tank and ease of assembly. The inflatable float tank and assembly thereof doesn't require rigid support structures such as poles and joints.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 19, 2018Publication date: January 17, 2019Applicant: ZEN FLOAT CO. LLCInventors: WILLIAM CHARLES HILL, SHANE JOSEPH STOTT, SEAN GALE STOTT

Patent number: 9669184Abstract: A float tent can include: a frame having a pool frame portion with a tent frame portion thereof over the pool frame portion; a tent having the tent frame portion, the tent having a closable opening; and a pool having the pool frame portion, the pool having pool sides dimensioned to hold at least 8 inches of water and having a pool base dimension sufficient for a person to lay in the pool without touching pool sides. The tent can include tent walls having an angle that inhibits condensation drip, the angle being with respect to the pool base, such as at least 4.5 degrees. The tent can include a material that is opaque. The float tent can include a heater configured to heat the water to skin temperature of the person. The float tent can include a water circulation pump and filter.Type: GrantFiled: May 23, 2016Date of Patent: June 6, 2017Inventors: William Charles Hill, Shane Joseph Stott, Sean Gale Stott

Publication number: 20070062142Abstract: A concrete structure system formed of pre-cast concrete may form a wall having a decorative surface treatment. The structure system may include a column portion and a panel portion. The column portion may include a slot for receiving a panel portion of an adjacent structure. The column portion may also include an opening for receiving a substantially rigid member for supporting the column portion in an upright position. The substantially rigid member may be embedded in or attached to a footing for supporting the structure. Various different techniques for attaching the substantially rigid member and/or column portion to the footing are disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2005Publication date: March 22, 2007Inventor: Gale Stott

Publication number: 20060174569Abstract: An apparatus for producing one or more pre-cast concrete structures. The apparatus may include partitions that may be positioned in a side by side arrangement. The partitions may be moveable with respect to each other to facilitate installation of reinforcing material and removal of the concrete structures from the apparatus after the concrete has hardened. Cavities may be defined by the partitions for receiving concrete to form structures having panels with integral columns. The columns may include slots for receiving an adjacent panel such that adjacent concrete structures may be joined together to form a continuous wall. The partitions may also include interchangeable liners such that different textures or finishes may be applied to the concrete structures.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2005Publication date: August 10, 2006Inventor: Gale Stott

Publication number: 20020106504Abstract: A wall or panel has a thin concrete layer with a cross-sectional contour having protrusions and indentations forming other objects, such as stone work, brick or wood. A reinforcement layer may be affixed to the concrete layer to provide tensile strength and impact resistance to the concrete layer. A foam layer is affixed to the reinforcement layer to further reinforce the concrete layer, and so that the wall or panel is light weight. A second concrete layer or a rigid backing layer may be disposed opposite the concrete layer so that the foam is disposed therebetween. A method for forming the wall or panel includes spraying the concrete onto a mold surface which has indentations and protrusions for forming the other objects. The reinforcement layer is sprayed onto the cured concrete layer. The mold is closed and foam is introduced into the mold.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 17, 2001Publication date: August 8, 2002Inventor: Gale Stott
