Abstract: An example system for geographic deployment of applications to edge computing nodes includes: a memory storing an application; a receive engine to receive, from edge computing nodes, indications of requests for the application as received at the edge computing nodes from edge clients, the indications being indicative of geographic demand for the application; a demand engine to determine a geographic area where demand for the application exceeds a threshold demand; and an application deployment engine to deploy the application to the edge computing nodes within the geographic area where the demand for the application exceeds the threshold demand.

Abstract: Examples are described herein for location-based task performance. In various examples, it may be determined that a location of a computing device of a distributed computing system satisfies a location criterion. Based on satisfaction of the location criterion, a task associated with the location criterion may be identified. Performance of the task may be shifted from a location-agnostic computing device of the distributed computing system to the computing device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a consent management (CM) technology that facilitates the tracking of consented data transactions with customer-consent data records by an agency. A consented data transaction includes an action requested to or actually performed on or with a customer-consent data record of a particular customer of the agency. The customer-consent data record contains sensitive personal information (SPI) of and/or about the particular customer. With this technology, the agency's CM system may provide evidence of all consented data transactions with the customer-consent data record to, for example, government regulators and to the customer herself.

Abstract: An example device includes a communications interface to communicate data with a network and a processor connected to the communications interface. The processor is to generate an access request and communicate the access request to an authorization service via the communications interface.
