  • Patent number: 11178140
Abstract: A method, device and system for authentication in accordance with a SIM card is provided in the present disclosure. The method for authentication in accordance with the SIM card includes the following steps. First, the SIM card receives a feature code of a biometric feature information. Afterwards, the SIM card compares the feature code of the biometric feature information and a feature code stored in the SIM card for obtaining a comparison result. Afterwards, the SIM card returns the comparison result. Compared to existing technology, the above technical solution is configured to store the feature code in the SIM card and use it for authentication. The noncrackable SIM card protects a security of biometric feature information. After replacing the device, just plug the SIM card into the new device to complete the authentication and initialization of the new device. Therefore, the above technical solution avoids the initial setup of the new device and make it easy to use.

  • Patent number: 7839917
Abstract: A receiver of a CDMA system, receiving a signal transmitted through a multi-path channel, with a path alignment circuit is disclosed. The path alignment circuit has a pack-based memory device serially inputting samples of low over-sampling rate than that required by the CDMA system and outputting data packs pack by pack to reduce access rate of the memory device. In addition, the path alignment circuit has an interpolation device which reads the data packs from the memory device and performs interpolation to raise the resolution of the low over-sampling samples and generate interpolated samples of high resolution for de-spreading requirement of the CDMA system.

  • Publication number: 20090147762
Abstract: A method and apparatus for data transmission are provided. Data values of a plurality of channels are transformed into a transmission signal. An enhanced shaping filter is provided to shape a binary stream of only single digits and generate a shaped signal. A weighting unit is coupled to the output of the shaping filter, weighting the shaped signal to effectively generate a quality baseband signal. The binary stream is converted from the data values through spreading and scrambling. A scrambling unit, scrambles the binary stream with scrambling codes. A spreading unit spreads the binary stream at a chip rate before sending the binary to the scrambling unit.
