Abstract: An data de-duplication system (DDDS), method and applications thereof. The DDDS can permit a user to perform combinations and de-duplication of datasets, including complicated arrangements, having intended attributes. In some embodiments, the data de-duplication system includes a method for generating a query based on a population selected from a graphical user interface. The graphical user interface may present a visualization of available data on a client device. In some embodiments, the graphical user interface of the DDDS may include a visualization of the available datasets in a Euler or Venn diagram. In some embodiments, a query may be generated based on selected populations utilizing a logic interpreter.
