Patent number: 12238247Abstract: A system and a method for reestablishing an interrupted connection between a first device such as an agent device and second device such as a customer device may include a computing device; a memory, configured to store customer data related to a customer device of a customer, and a processor. Embodiments may include detecting an interrupted connection between an agent device and the customer device; transmitting customer data for the customer device to an outbound system; and reconnecting the agent device to the customer device using the customer data.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2023Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: InContact Inc.Inventors: Sudarshan Kannan, Dhanendra Singh, Ganesh Hegde

Publication number: 20250061350Abstract: An online system trains a churn prediction model to attribute a churn event to one or more causal events. The churn prediction model receives customer features and online system features as inputs. Various causal events that occur affect one or more online system features. To avoid biasing the churn prediction model using input features that are related to possible causal events, the online system determines customer features and online system features based on customer interactions occurring in different time intervals. The customer features are determined from interactions in a time interval that is earlier than a time interval from which interactions are used to determine online system features. Such time segmenting decorrelates the features input to the model from the events, reducing potential bias from the causal events on the churn prediction model.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 14, 2023Publication date: February 20, 2025Inventors: Ganesh Krishnan, Sharath Rao Karikurve, Angadh Singh, Changyao Chen, Tilman Drerup

Patent number: 12205320Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for a shuttle track system having a calibration shuttle for determining portions of the track having non-conforming geometry for optimum use of the shuttle track system. For example, the shuttle track system may include a track having an electromagnetic propulsion system (e.g., linear synchronous motor) embedded between two sides of the track. The calibration shuttle may move to various locations on the track and may use imaging systems for generating image data of a portion of the track. A trained model may process the image data to determine edges and surfaces of the components of the track and may determine distances between reference points on the track. The distances may be compared to threshold values to determine if they are in conformity with desired track geometry.Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 2023Date of Patent: January 21, 2025Assignee: Amazon Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Vinodhkumar Somavar Muniappan, Michael Alan Bray, Divya Natarajan, Gurjinder Singh Dhami, Ganesh Krishnamoorthy

Publication number: 20200362183Abstract: A primer containing graphene as an additive and a method of priming a filled polymer substrate for providing a Class A final paint surface. The method includes providing a substrate with reinforcement materials. A primer which includes from 0.5-5% by weight of graphene as an additive is applied to the substrate for coating the substrate. The primer is cured during heating of the resulting product for drying the substrate. The graphene acts to dissipate heat providing less differential of heat between the primer and the substrate and/or coatings applied on top of the primer which produces an improved final appearance of a paint over a fiber reinforced polymer material.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 8, 2019Publication date: November 19, 2020Applicant: Magna Exteriors Inc.Inventors: Ganesh SINGH, Benjamin James BARBER, Alexis BALTAZAR-y-JIMENEZ

Publication number: 20190322827Abstract: A method for producing a Class “A” paintable surface on a fiber filled substrate part: the method provides a fiber filled polymer part having an outer show surface for use on a vehicle. This part is coated with a flexible primer coating substantially free of pigments for forming a primed surface capable of being painted for forming a Class “A” show surface for a vehicle.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 28, 2019Publication date: October 24, 2019Applicant: Magna Exteriors Inc.Inventors: Benjamin J. Barber, Ganesh Singh, Alexis Baltazar y Jimenez
