  • Patent number: 12238247
Abstract: A system and a method for reestablishing an interrupted connection between a first device such as an agent device and second device such as a customer device may include a computing device; a memory, configured to store customer data related to a customer device of a customer, and a processor. Embodiments may include detecting an interrupted connection between an agent device and the customer device; transmitting customer data for the customer device to an outbound system; and reconnecting the agent device to the customer device using the customer data.

  • Publication number: 20250061350
Abstract: An online system trains a churn prediction model to attribute a churn event to one or more causal events. The churn prediction model receives customer features and online system features as inputs. Various causal events that occur affect one or more online system features. To avoid biasing the churn prediction model using input features that are related to possible causal events, the online system determines customer features and online system features based on customer interactions occurring in different time intervals. The customer features are determined from interactions in a time interval that is earlier than a time interval from which interactions are used to determine online system features. Such time segmenting decorrelates the features input to the model from the events, reducing potential bias from the causal events on the churn prediction model.

  • Publication number: 20250059138
Abstract: Heterobifunctional chemical linkers useful in protein degraders and other medicinal chemistry applications are provided. The heterobifunctional linkers include alky ne-piperidine and alkane-piperidine linkers: alkane-piperazine linkers; alkanamino PEGylated linkers; dipiperazine linkers; piperazine-pyridine/pyrimidine-alkyne linkers; pyridine-PEG-piperazine linkers and pyrimidine-piperazine-PEG linkers. Also provided are combinations of the provided linkers with a ligand that targets a degradation pathway, such as an E3 ubiquitin ligase enzyme.

  • Patent number: 12205320
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for a shuttle track system having a calibration shuttle for determining portions of the track having non-conforming geometry for optimum use of the shuttle track system. For example, the shuttle track system may include a track having an electromagnetic propulsion system (e.g., linear synchronous motor) embedded between two sides of the track. The calibration shuttle may move to various locations on the track and may use imaging systems for generating image data of a portion of the track. A trained model may process the image data to determine edges and surfaces of the components of the track and may determine distances between reference points on the track. The distances may be compared to threshold values to determine if they are in conformity with desired track geometry.

  • Publication number: 20200362183
Abstract: A primer containing graphene as an additive and a method of priming a filled polymer substrate for providing a Class A final paint surface. The method includes providing a substrate with reinforcement materials. A primer which includes from 0.5-5% by weight of graphene as an additive is applied to the substrate for coating the substrate. The primer is cured during heating of the resulting product for drying the substrate. The graphene acts to dissipate heat providing less differential of heat between the primer and the substrate and/or coatings applied on top of the primer which produces an improved final appearance of a paint over a fiber reinforced polymer material.

  • Patent number: 9577227
Abstract: A method includes: assembling a thermal-exchange tube in a module housing for an energy storage pack; assembling cells in the module housing, wherein the thermal-exchange tube runs between rows of the cells; applying an adhesive that affixes the cells and the thermal-exchange tube to the module housing; curing a first portion of the adhesive by radiation, wherein a second portion of the adhesive is shielded from the radiation by the cells or the thermal-exchange tube; and curing at least the second portion of the adhesive by a chemical cure mechanism.

  • Patent number: 9293792
Abstract: A method of managing leakage of liquid inside a battery system comprises: containing leaking liquid in a non-liquid sensitive region of the battery system so as to protect internal electrical components of the battery system from coming in contact with the leaking liquid; and in direct response to the leakage, expunging the leaking liquid from the battery system. A drain device includes: a body with a port therethrough, the body configured to be positioned in a wall of a container; means for opening the port in response to a first liquid contacting the drain device on an inside of the container; and means for resisting ingress into the container by a second liquid that contacts the drain device on an outside of the container.
