A topic engine of the modular tax preparation application is configured or programmed to predict which tax topics are applicable to the current electronic tax return based at least in part upon a data of a prior year tax return. Other sources besides the current tax return being prepared and the prior year tax return may also be utilized for topic determination. Performance data which corresponds to achievable throughput is received from each of the first and second recovery sites, and the performance data is used to divide the merged out-of-sync bitmap into two portions. Similarly, a request is sent to the second recovery site for data which corresponds to the second portion of the merged out-of-sync bitmap.     Abstract: Devices and methods of simultaneous data reception and measurement are generally described. A UE transmits to an eNB antenna capacity and receives a Beamformed Reference Signal (BRS) configuration in response. Beamformed signals from the eNB include a BRS subframe in accordance with the BRS configuration. The BRS subframe has a BRS whose structure depends on the UE antenna capacity. If the UE has a single antenna panels, neither an EPDCCH nor a PDSCH for the UE is in the BRS frame. If the UE has a single antenna panels and multiple ports or multiple antenna panels, the BRS may contain an EPDCCH or PDSCH for the UE as different ports or antenna panels may be assigned different functionality. The UE measures BRS Received Power (BRS-RP) of the BRS, transmits a BRS report based on the BRS-RP and selects an optimal beam based on BRS-RPs from BRSs of the beams.

The PUSCH-to-PT-RS EPRE ratio is 00 or 01, and the transmission coding scheme is a codebook-based uplink transmission or non-codebook-based uplink transmission.

    Abstract: In a wireless charging system, a power-transmitting node (TX) has a power transmitter for transmitting power wirelessly to a power-receiving node (RX), a sampling and sensing circuit, a processor, and a signal receiver for receiving signals from the RX. The processor detects the presence of a foreign object (FO) during a power-transfer session using Quality Factor (QF) values. Estimated QF parameters are determined via exponential curve fitting using peak values of a damped sinusoidal waveform generated by a resonant circuit. Then the estimated parameters in the exponential curve are used to calculate the QF, which provides a robust measurement result even in a noisy environment.
