    Abstract: An injection mold for molding a product including an insert element, which includes a plurality of terminals each having a contacting portion, includes a male mold and a female mold movably engaged with the male mold. The male mold includes a male platen for fixing a fastening element therein. The fastening element defines a plurality of fastening grooves for fastening the contacting portions in a first male groove opened on the male platen. The male mold further includes a supporting element cooperating with the male platen to fixing a locating mold core in the male platen. A top end of the locating mold core projects into the first male groove and further defines a locating groove for fastening one contacting portion adjacent to a male sprue which is opened on the male platen and connected with the first male groove via a second male groove of the male platen.

    Abstract: Provided are a slide core-pulling delayed mechanism and a mould with the same. The slide core-pulling delayed mechanism includes a slide base, a core-pulling guide block and two slide-guiding rails. The two slide-guiding rails are parallel to each other. The slide base is slidably connected to the two slide-guiding rails. The core-pulling guide block has a vertical portion and a tilted portion. The slide base disposes a sliding hole corresponding to the core-pulling guide block. The sliding hole has a first vertical wall, a first tilted wall, a second tilted wall and a second vertical wall. The core-pulling guide block is slidably inserted into the sliding hole.     Abstract: Provided is a mould with flat thimble including a lower mould, a mould core, a plurality of thimbles, an upper mould and an anti-pulling out mechanism. The anti-pulling out mechanism is mounted on the lower and upper moulds, and includes at least one spring locking steel ball, a lower ejector pin, an upper ejector pin and a movable locking pin. The movable locking pin forms a holding recess. The spring locking steel ball is mounted on one side of a core through hole of the mould core. The upper ejector pin is fixed on the upper mould. The movable locking pin is placed in the lower through hole and the core through hole. The present mould can prevent the operator from pulling out the mould core before the molding product being pushed out, so that avoiding damaging the thimble and reducing production cost of the product.

    Abstract: A mold includes upper and lower mold members and a machine control unit. The lower mold member includes a support board, a molding mechanism mounted on the support board, and an ejection mechanism. The support board forms a receiving compartment. The molding mechanism includes a mold cavity. The machine control unit is mounted in the receiving compartment of the support board and includes an optic sensor. With the arrangement of the optic sensor of the machine control unit, the mold can detect the returned and non-returned statuses of the ejection mechanism and transmits the result of detection to the molding machine of the mold, whereby the molding machine can be timely and correctly informed of the status of the ejection mechanism for correctly issuing a subsequent operation instruction. In this way, the potential risk that the mold is damaged by improper operation of the molding machine can be eliminated.
