  • Publication number: 20240111511
Abstract: A computer implemented method, apparatus, system, and computer program product manages updates to images. A computer system determines shared layers present between the images selected for update management. The images comprise executable code that are run to create containers. The computer system detects a change in a shared layer in the shared layers for an image in the images. The computer system updates the shared layer in the shared layers in a set of the images having the shared layer in response to detecting the change to the shared layer for the image. According to other illustrative embodiments, a computer system and a computer program product for managing updates to images are provided.

  • Publication number: 20240076701
Abstract: Provided are a recombinant strain with modified gene BBD29_14900, and a method for constructing the same and use thereof, with the production of L-glutamic acid as a specific application. Further provided is a method for introducing a point mutation into the BBD29_14900 gene coding sequence in Corynebacterium or improving the expression thereof. The method can cause a bacterial strain with the mutation to increase the fermentation yield of glutamic acid. The point mutation involves a mutation of the base at position 1114 in the sequence of the BBD29_14900 gene from guanine (G) to adenine (A), and thus a substitution of aspartic acid at position 372 in the coded corresponding amino acid sequence with asparagine.

  • Publication number: 20240067999
Abstract: A recombinant strain with modified gene BBD29_11265 and a method for constructing the same are provided. The recombinant strain is a bacterium that generates L-glutamic acid, and has an improved expression of a polynucleotide encoding an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or a homologous sequence thereof; the improved expression can be having a point mutation in, and an enhanced expression of the polynucleotide encoding an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or a homologous sequence thereof. A genetically engineered bacterium in which the base at position 70 in the BBD29_112665 gene sequence is mutated to adenine from guanine, causing alanine at position 24 in the coded corresponding amino acid sequence to be substituted with threonine, and an engineered bacterium overexpressing the BBD29_112665 gene or BBD29_11265G70A gene are constructed in the present invention, facilitating an increase in the production and conversion rate of L-glutamic acid.

  • Publication number: 20240067998
Abstract: Disclosed are strain having enhanced L-glutamic acid production capacity, and method for constructing the same and use thereof. A nucleotide sequence is provided by introducing a point mutation to a wild-type BBD29-00405 gene in Corynebacterium glutamicum so that the base at position 597 of SEQ ID NO: 1 is mutated from guanine (G) into adenine (A). Also provided is a recombinant strain obtained by introducing the polynucleotide sequence into L-glutamic acid-producing Corynebacterium glutamicum, the recombinant strain comprising a BBD29-00405 gene containing a point mutation. Compared with an unmodified strain, the resulting strain facilitates production of L-glutamic acid at a higher concentration.

  • Patent number: 11911460
Abstract: A lipid delivery system, a virus-like structure (VLS) vaccine constructed therefrom, and a lipid particle capable of encapsulating an mRNA molecule encoding a SARS-CoV-2-specific antigen are provided. After the lipid particle encapsulates an mRNA molecule encoding a SARS-CoV-2 antigen, a SARS-CoV-2 S1 antigen protein can be embedded on a surface of an envelope structure of the lipid under specific buffer conditions to produce a VLS vaccine with an antigen-encoding mRNA molecule encapsulated inside and an outer membrane presenting a required viral antigen protein. The vaccine has a superior specific antibody-inducing ability to a SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine and a polypeptide vaccine, can maintain a long-lasting high antibody level, and can also exhibit excellent immune binding abilities for the emerging different variants.

  • Patent number: 11330420
Abstract: A wireless local area network roaming method and a communications apparatus are provided, to improve a roaming effect of a terminal device in a wireless local area network. In the method, a control device selects, in place of a terminal device, an optimal roaming access point of the terminal device, to reduce a time consumed for determining the optimal roaming AP. After the optimal roaming access point of the terminal device is determined, an associated access point instructs the terminal device to attempt to roam to the optimal roaming access point. Because duration required for searching for the optimal roaming AP is reduced, a probability of data loss of the terminal device in a roaming process can be reduced, and a roaming effect of the terminal device in the wireless local area network is improved.
