    Abstract: A method for polyculture of Alosa sapidissima and Macrobrachium rosenbergii by a floating net fishing device and a greenhouse earthen pond includes: S1: providing a slope on an inner wall of a pond, and providing a feeding channel on the slope for survival and attachment of the Macrobrachium rosenbergii; S2: building a greenhouse on the pond, raising a water temperature to a set temperature, then putting Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae, and putting Alosa sapidissima fry into the pond for polyculture in different periods; and S3: fishing in batches through a floating net: firstly, fishing the Alosa sapidissima fry in middle and upper layers, and then fishing the Macrobrachium rosenbergii in middle and lower layers.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a combination of antisense RNA sequences and use thereof in the production of tilapia with degenerated sexual organs, belonging to the technical field of molecular biology and reproductive biology, the combination of antisense RNA sequences includes antisense RNA of steroidogenic factors SF1-1 and SF1-2; the nucleotide sequences of Anti-SF1-1-I, Anti-SF1-1-II, Anti-SF1-2-I and Anti-SF1-2-II are set forth in SEQ ID NO:1-SEQ ID NO:4 respectively. The method of the present disclosure introduces antisense RNA fragments into the eggs through the fertilization hole to realize effective and accurate targeted intervention for regulating the gene expression, and the method has the advantages of simple operation, minimal egg damage, high success rate, stable phenotype after breeding, and excellent application prospects.

    Abstract: An engineered recirculating aquaculture fish pond and a fish culture method are provided. The engineered recirculating aquaculture fish pond is simple to operate, has strong adaptability to different culture environments or culture varieties, and is not only suitable for large-scale aquaculture enterprises but also suitable for small-scale farmers. An aeration water lifting device is designed to simultaneously perform aeration and drainage, which can reduce the use of electric equipment, decrease the production and maintenance cost, improve the cost performance of single equipment, and save the internal use space of the pond. Nozzles are arranged in more than two directions, which is convenient for performing aeration in different directions, uniformly dispersing impurities carried in water in a deep ditch, intercepting to reduce local blockage, improving a single utilization rate of an intercept structure, and preventing heavier impurities from accumulating at a channel bottom of the deep ditch.

Each of the nuts defines a plurality of splines for establishing a press-fit relationship between the mounting apertures and the nuts. The method involves casting a steering gear housing defining a plurality of mounting apertures out of aluminum alloy. Next, the casted steering gear housing is at least partially anodized. After anodization, a plurality of nuts is fit into respective ones of the mounting apertures. The nuts define splines for allowing a press-fit relationship to be established between the mounting apertures and the nuts.
