Abstract: A signal processing device and a display apparatus for vehicle including the same are disclosed. The signal processing device includes a processor configured to perform signal processing for a display located in a vehicle, wherein the processor is configured to execute first to third virtual machines on a hypervisor in the processor, the first virtual machine in the processor is configured to generate a virtual overlay, change the layer sequence or display area of the virtual overlay, and transmit the changed virtual overlay or information regarding the changed virtual overlay to the second or the third virtual machine for displaying the changed virtual overlay on the first display or the second display. Consequently, the display sequence and display area of a plurality of overlays may be changed.

Abstract: A display apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a first display and a second display located in a vehicle; a signal processing device including a processor configured to perform signal processing for the first display and the second display; a third display located in the vehicle; and a second signal processing device including a second processor configured to perform signal processing for a third display, wherein, in case in which data is transmitted from the signal processing device to the second signal processing device, a data transmission method is changed based on the type of data. Consequently, transmission efficiency may increase in case in which data is transmitted between a plurality of signal processing devices in a vehicle.

In the present disclosure, at least one of a vehicle, a vehicle terminal, and an autonomous vehicle may be associated with an artificial intelligence (AI) module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a device related to a 5G service, and the like.
