  • Publication number: 20200294835
Abstract: A microelectronic device is formed by loading a wafer, in which the microelectronic device is being formed, onto a pre-alignment stage for a wafer stepper. If the pre-alignment stage does not align the wafer properly using a notch pin, the wafer is loaded onto a wafer stepper stage of the wafer stepper. The wafer is positioned under a Field Image Alignment (FIA) camera of the wafer stepper, so that the FIA camera provides an image of the wafer notch. The wafer is rotated into a proper position. The wafer is transferred back to the pre-alignment stage. The wafer is aligned using the notch pin. The wafer is transferred to the wafer stepper stage. Fabrication is continued to form the microelectronic device.

  • Publication number: 20190073456
Abstract: A system and method for restricting and controlling access to electronic devices, the system includes a database of workers, a fool-proofing unit, and a controlling unit. The fool-proofing unit includes an information input module collecting information as to an electronic device and identity and extent of authority of a worker requesting to use such electronic device. A query module to search the database is also included, the query module can determine whether the worker has the authority to sign in to use a certain electronic device. The controlling unit can power on the electronic device when a given worker with necessary authority signs in to use the electronic device. The method is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7475981
Abstract: A auxiliary spectacles provided with a clamping mechanism includes a mechanism body, onto the ends of which the auxiliary spectacles lenses are mounted. The mechanism body between the two lenses of the auxiliary spectacles may be provided with an elastic pushing clamping body. The elastic pushing clamping body may include a bending foot body provided with at least one bending foot extending backward and then bending downwardly is fixed to the mechanism body, and the mechanism body may be provided with a pushing slider which may be pressed elastically, and the rear end of the pushing slider may be pushed elastically against the inner sidewall of the bending foot. The auxiliary spectacles may be used, assembled and disassembled more easily, and/or clamped more firmly; and may be compatible with other kinds of spectacles without adjustment.

  • Patent number: 7360889
Abstract: This invention relates to one kind of universal clip-on eyeglasses that is used on optical frames. The clip-on glasses is comprised of a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism clamps onto the bridge of the bottom eyeglasses through a stretchable clip. The two ends of the clamping mechanism are connected to the add-on lenses. The clamping mechanism is comprised of a master structure and a component that clamps on with a stretchable mechanism. The master structure is connected to the add-on lenses and the component has at least one mechanical clip that clamps onto the bridge of the bottom lenses. This invention allows the clip-on eyeglasses to be clipped onto the bridge of the bottom eyeglasses with a clamping mechanism that has clips. They are easy to put on as well as to take off. The clamping is secure and these clip-on eyeglasses can be universally used on a variety of bottom lenses.

  • Patent number: 5854670
Abstract: An image forming device having multiple direction lens system, a presetting system, a page turner, a movable platform to manipulate both unbound and bound originals, an image monitoring unit, a microcomputer-based control system and an image formation unit, is disclosed that provides the capability of automatic and manual image formation from both unbound and bound originals. The automatic image formation from bound originals is enabled in both Flat Open Mode (original 180.degree. face-up opened) and Angled Open Mode (originals less than 180.degree. face-up opened). Unbound documents can also be face-up loaded on the movable platform for the automatic image formation and will never be jammed. While having bound or unbound originals face-up positioned on the 3D-movable frame, the manual image formation in both single and dual projecting direction also becomes much easier and effective with higher copy quality.
