    Abstract: Disclosed are a battery cell case having a dissoluble mechanism and a high-capacity battery. The battery cell case comprises at least one dissoluble mechanism, which comprises an isolating assembly and a dissoluble assembly; the battery cell case is provided with an opening, where the isolating assembly and the dissoluble mechanism are arranged sequentially in a direction away from the battery cell case; when the dissoluble assembly contacts with electrolyte outside the battery cell case, the isolating assembly is opened because the dissoluble mechanism is dissolved, thereby the interior of the battery cell case communicates with the exterior of the battery cell case. The high-capacity battery comprises at least two battery cells and an electrolyte storage pipeline, where the electrolyte storage pipeline comprises a main pipeline and a plurality of branch pipes, the branch pipes are in one-to-one correspondence to the openings of the battery cell cases.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a high-capacity battery manufacturing method and a high-capacity battery, which mainly solve the problems of poor consistency, unstable performance and poor overall working performance of existing high-capacity lithium batteries. The method comprises: assembling coiled or laminated units that make up high-capacity battery cells into battery cells individually, carrying out formation and capacity grading of the battery cells, grouping the battery cells according to one or more of their capacity, internal resistance, voltage and self-discharge, connecting the battery cells in the same group in shunt, loading the battery cells in the same group into a high-capacity battery pack, and then carrying out secondary electrolyte injection, sealing, aging and capacity grading of the high-capacity battery pack. According to the present application, battery cell formation and capacity grading are carried out after primary electrolyte injection.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel aging-resistant aerosol generating agent and preparation method thereof. The aging-resistant aerosol generating agent in the present invention comprises oxidizer, reducer and bonding agent, wherein the oxidizer is potassium nitrate, the bonding agent is phenolic resin, and the reducer is melamine; the weight percentages of the three constituents are: potassium nitrate: 60˜80%, phenolic resin: 8˜15%, and melamine: the rest. In the preparation process, phenolic resin is dissolved in ethanol to give phenolic resin solution at concentration by 40˜50 wt %; the oxidizer and reducer are pulverized, mixed, and then the phenolic resin solution is added to the mixed powder; next, the mixture is agitated, pelletized, dried, and shaped by pressure molding. Compared to that in the prior art, the aerosol generating agent in the present invention has higher fire suppression efficiency and higher fire suppression rate, and greatly improved aging resistant performance.
