    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing dehumidification to an enclosed space can include a dehumidification unit in a supply air plenum that receives return air and a regeneration unit in a scavenger air plenum that receives outdoor air. The system can operate in a wet mode and a dry mode, depending on outdoor air conditions and a relative humidity setpoint for the enclosed space. The dehumidification unit and regeneration unit are both operational in the wet mode to dehumidify the return air and regenerate dilute desiccant. In the dry mode, the dehumidification unit and regeneration unit are not needed, and dry outdoor air can be supplied to the enclosed space. A heat recovery system utilizes waste heat from either return air or scavenger air, depending on the operating mode, to heat the outdoor air before it is supplied to the enclosed space or before it is used for regenerating desiccant.

    Abstract: A conditioning system can include a first plenum to direct a first air, a second plenum to direct a second air stream in parallel with the first air stream directed through the first plenum, a first cooling component inside the first plenum and to cool the first air stream, a liquid to air heat exchanger (LAHX) inside the first plenum and downstream the first cooling component, the LAHX being fluidly connected to a rack cooling liquid circuit to cool the same using the first air stream, and a second cooling component arranged inside the second plenum and configured to cool the second air stream. The rack cooling liquid circuit can provide liquid cooling to one or more electronic components arranged inside the second plenum downstream of the second cooling component. The second air stream cooled by the second cooling component can sensibly cool the one or more electronic components.

Each of the plurality of liquid circuits has a plurality of closed liquid channels through each of which a liquid is configured to flow without mixing with the liquid flowing through other of the plurality of closed liquid channels. Each of the liquid circuits corresponds to each of the plurality of EX circuits. The air channel is adjacent the 10 liquid panel and air is configured to flow through the air channel from an inlet of the LAEE to an outlet of the LAEE. The air channel extends adjacent all of the plurality of liquid circuits. The plurality of membranes is connected to the liquid panel.
