    Abstract: A tubular double-needle bed warp knitting machine includes a let-off mechanism, a knitting element, and a take-up and batching device. The knitting element includes guide needles in a circular pattern, two circular needle beds arranged internally and externally, knitting needles in a circular pattern along the internal and external needle beds, and knitting components that move in coordination with the knitting needles. Some of the guide needles form loops on the internal and external circular needle beds, while other guide needles alternately form loops on the internal and external circular needle beds to connect sections of the two fabric pieces to create a three-dimensional tubular fabric. The formed three-dimensional tubular fabric exits the knitting area through the traction of the take-up and batching device.

    Abstract: A yarn tension control method includes a bobbin ascending or descending on sliding rails on a yarn carrier module. When the pattern is designed, the ascending or descending speed, time and distance of the fixing frame is calculated directly according to a yarn carrier stop, the quantity of redundant yarn and the speed of the carriage. When the carriage contacts a yarn carrier, a contact sensor feeds a signal back to the carriage, a signal emitter emits an instruction, and when a signal receiver receives the instruction, the fixing frame is controlled to ascend along the sliding rails. When the carriage drives the yarn carrier to enter a knitting area, needles are elected by a needle selection electromagnetic valve, knitting motion information is fed back to the carriage, the signal emitter emits an instruction, and when the signal receiver receives the instruction, the fixing frame is controlled to descend.

Moreover, a defect detection device required by the disclosure can be modified on an original circular knitting machine, so the detection cost is reduced.

    Abstract: A method for knitting fall-plate structures on warp-knitting machines, including: the fall-plate guide bar makes an overlap when the groove needle bar is going upward and the previous loop is held by the sinker bar; the groove needle bar and the tongue bar simultaneously go downward but these two items are kept not closed, and the overlapped yarn and the previous loop are slipping inside together; the groove needle bar go upward again while both the fall-plate yarn and the previous loop are held by the sinker bar, making the two yarns slip out of the groove needle. Meanwhile, a ground guide bar makes an overlap, finishing lapping. When moving the groove needle bar downward for a second time, retreating the old loop and the pressed yarn; forming a new loop, by the ground yarn; placing the pressed yarn under the new loop; and forming the fall-plate structures.
