    Abstract: Systems, methods and devices are provided for a light responsive data entry system. The light responsive data entry system includes a panel. The panel includes a number of data entry areas for transmitting light incident on a surface of the panel to a sensor. The sensor includes an array of light responsive areas with a number of optical conductors. The optical conductors extend between the panel and the sensor. The sensor is capable of generating output signals representative of the light on said light responsive areas.
