  • Patent number: 8584291
Abstract: A whole mouth toothbrush with an elongate hollow handle portion, and attached U shaped brush retaining portion. The housing holds an electric motor, a battery power supply, a microprocessor, a printed circuit board and an on-off switch. A primary drive belt connects the motor shaft to a first brush spindle. A plurality of secondary drive belts connect the first brush spindle to the remaining brush spindles. Each spindle terminates in a rotating brush head. Upper brush heads brush the user's top teeth and the lower spindles brush the user's bottom teeth. The microprocessor is programmed to cause the brush retaining shafts to cycle back and forth from a clockwise rotation to a counter clockwise rotation.

  • Patent number: 6802438
Abstract: Pressurized Drinking Mug with a drinking mug capable of retaining a liquid. The mug has an attached hollow handle. The mug also has a removable, replaceable lid. The hollow handle contains a standard air pump mechanism that creates positive air pressure inside the mug. The lid has a liquid retaining reservoir that has a rigid straw portion extending down to the bottom of the mug and also extends upward to a removable replaceable flexible straw. The flexible straw is capable of being pinched closed or opened by a pinch valve so that when the pinch valve is opened, the liquid is forced up through the straw to the user's mouth. The rigid straw portion also contains a side port that can be restricted by a removable, replaceable plug. The port is also capable of retaining a push button valve that allows the pressurized liquid to be pumped into the reservoir.

  • Patent number: 6537262
Abstract: An upright female urine collector having a horizontally accordion pleated rectangular shaped urine collection receptacle with a tube outlet, the tube housing a manually operated two way valve disposed to direct urine flow either to a sample reservoir containing a chemical reagent test strip or to a urine sample collector. The two way valve can be spring activated or can be hand turned for instant urine flow redirection. In an alternate embodiment, an upright female urine collector has a urine collection receptacle modified to retain the chemical reagent test strip in a trench with exit means for quick test results observation.

  • Patent number: 6511457
Abstract: A syringe having an air release assembly slidingly clamped to a syringe barrel, the air release assembly having a lower portion with a slider valve insert and an upper portion with a rearward facing chamber. The syringe barrel has an opening at the juncture of the barrel and a front wall and the air release assembly upper and lower portions define an opening. Forward movement of the air release assembly closes the barrel opening and prepares the syringe for fluid filling and fluid ejection. Rearward movement of the air release assembly aligns the barrel opening with the air release assembly opening so that slight plunger pressure ejects barrel liquid trapped air bubbles to an outside environment.

  • Patent number: 6499614
Abstract: A straw accessible compartmented container is provided which consists of a beverage container having a plurality of compartments, each outer compartment individually accessed by drinking straws contained within concave bowl shaped depressions located in container shoulder portions. The bowl shaped depressions have centrally located apertures to receive the drinking straws. The drinking straws have corrugated middle portions that are located adjacent to and are larger in diameter than the apertures so that the drinking straws are anchored within the bowl shaped depressions and can pop outward when a depression covering cap is opened.
