  • Patent number: 10667473
Abstract: An apparatus for growing plants in a grow room includes an enclosure having a window. The enclosure contains a grow lamp that is arranged to direct light downward through the widow toward the plants. A blower is coupled with the enclosure to drive a flow of air through the enclosure. A gantry apparatus supports the enclosure in the grow room for movement above the plants.

  • Publication number: 20200145224
Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a method for monitoring a controlled item may include providing a server communicatively coupled to memory, wherein said memory stores certain predetermined values for a given genetic identifier of a strain of a controlled substance. The genetic identifier may be comprised of the cannabinoid profile of that specific strain. The method may also include storing a set of growth factors. These growth factors and predetermined values may be used to properly track the growth cycle of a controlled substance to avoid diversion. The method may provide for the automatic updating of predetermined values to accurately adjust for variance.

  • Patent number: 10530584
Abstract: A method for tracking a controlled item can include transforming a genetic code with a cryptographic hash function into a core code. The core code can be associated with a label code and a weight. The weight can be indicative of a produced amount of the strain of the controlled item. An image of a label having an identification portion indicative of the label code and dispensed weight data can be received. The label code can be extracted from the identification portion of the image of the label. The weight associated with the core code can be reduced based upon the dispensed weight data.

  • Publication number: 20050075924
Abstract: A method for a shuttle and car delivery service at a venue. The method comprises the steps of transferring ignition keys for a car in the possession of the customer from the customer to an operator of the service, transporting the customer from the venue to a customer destination, and separately transporting the car from the venue to a car destination. The method provides a way to prevent the customer from driving while incapacitated, without requiring the customer to retrieve the vehicle once the customer is able to operate the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20050011964
Abstract: A system for controlling the temperature of an open-air area. The system comprises a boundary wall defining at least a portion of the perimeter of the open-air area to be temperature-controlled, and a floor having a heating or cooling element, wherein the system is effective to control the temperature of the area. The heating or cooling element may include a network of interconnected pipes in the floor, a quantity of fluid disposed within the pipes, a heat exchanger for heating or cooling the fluid, and a pump for circulating the fluid through the pipes. The system may further include a network of interconnected ductwork in the boundary wall, a heating or cooling element for heating and cooling air, a blower for circulating the heated or cooled air through the ductwork, and a plurality of diffusers in the boundary wall to communicate the air to the open-air area.
