  • Patent number: 11893426
Abstract: Methods and systems for routing data payloads through a plurality of microservices are disclosed. The method may comprise: receiving a data payload and first data; predicting, by a trained machine learning model based on the first data, a path through a plurality of microservices associated with the data payload; generating a modified data payload by modifying, via the orchestrator service, the data payload to include: a first header, wherein the first header comprises a first microservice destination address associated with a first microservice of the plurality of microservices and a second header nested within the first header, wherein the second header comprises a second microservice destination address associated with a second microservice of the plurality of microservices; forwarding the modified data payload to the first microservice based on the first header for processing; and forwarding the modified data payload to the second microservice based on the second header for processing.

  • Publication number: 20240013528
Abstract: Provided is a computer system, method and storage medium for determining a platform type of a forensic image. The method includes storing in a memory a mapping data structure mapping at least one predetermined data marker type to at least one platform type and automatically determining the platform type by scanning the forensic image for the at least one predetermined data marker type. The method further includes, where at least one data marker is detected, mapping the at least one data marker to at least one platform type using the mapping data structure. The method further includes, where at least one data marker is not detected, examining the forensic image to identify a set of present data elements, determining, according to at least one encoded rule, a most likely platform type. The method further includes assigning the platform type or the most likely platform type as the determined platform type.

  • Patent number: 11863511
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for prioritizing messages. The system may include receiving one or more messages comprising message data and application sender data. From the message data and application sender data, the system may determine a ranking of importance of the one or more messages, and then determine whether a first message is urgent. If the first message is urgent, the system may send the first message to the user device. If the first message is not urgent, the system may determine a set time for the first message to be sent and send the first message to the user device at the set time.

  • Publication number: 20230125273
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a queue management system . The system may receive one or more utterances comprising a customer intent from a user device, determine a first queue from a plurality of queues in which to place the user based on the user intent, and receive first urgency data comprising battery indication data from the user device. The system may then determine, using a machine learning model, a first dynamic priority score for the user based on the user intent and the first urgency data including battery indication data associated with the user device. Based on the first dynamic priority score for the user, the system may assign an initial user-specific position within the first queue to the user that differs from a default initial position in the first queue. Based on updated urgency data, the system may dynamically update the user’s position to a second user-specific position.

  • Publication number: 20220237618
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may identify a mitigation record in a record log associated with an account of an application. The system may append a message prompt to the mitigation record that causes the application to request, during a user session associated with the account, an indication of whether there is an association between the mitigation record and an event record. The system may receive, from a user device associated with the user session, feedback associated with the message prompt that indicates whether the mitigation record is associated with the event record. The system may perform, based on the feedback, an action associated with indicating whether the mitigation record and the event record are associated.
