Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for centralized operations management of a plurality of sites. For instance, a method may include providing a site management controller to each of a plurality of sites and configuring the site management controller to: obtain site data from each site in a respective data format; generate an abstract representation of the each set of site data using a respective algorithm for each site; process the abstract representations of the site data of each site; convert the processed abstract representations of the first site data to a concrete representations of the each site data in a common concrete data format; and export the concrete representation of the first site data to a user device for comparison and benchmarking.

Abstract: A method is provided for event and disruption management in a workplace environment. The method comprises retrieving a set of tasks to be completed in a predetermined period, identifying a set of triggering events that may disrupt each task of the set of set of tasks; when a triggering event of the set of triggering events occurs, initiating an event resolution, wherein the event resolution comprises one or more of: sending a notification of the triggering event to at least one of the plurality of worker computing devices relating to at least one worker affected by the triggering event; and sending the notification of the triggering event to at least one device associated with at least one supervisor affected by the triggering event.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for worker performance scoring and evaluation of a job site, wherein the operation can include determine, by an insight module, dynamic allocation of workers of the warehouse according to locations within the warehouse, wherein the insight module is configured to aggregate and analyze data from the sensor devices and the worker computing devices; determine, by the insight module based on data aggregated in real-time from the sensor devices and the worker computing devices, the plurality of worker performance metrics, the plurality of worker performance metrics comprising at least one of a dynamic worker performance score, a worker productivity score, an aggregated idle time per worker; and generate on the dashboard of the display a dynamic real-time summary of the plurality of worker performance metrics.
