  • Patent number: 11307765
Abstract: Data in a storage system is deduplicated after receiving from at least one writing entity requests for a plurality of write operations for a corresponding plurality of data blocks in a storage object. The received blocks are buffered and sorted in order and a sequence of clumps is created from the buffered blocks, where each clump comprises a grouping of at least one of the sorted, buffered blocks. A boundary is determined between at least one pair of clumps based at least in part on the content of at least one of the buffered blocks, and it is then determined whether at least one of the clumps is a duplicate of a previously stored clump.

Abstract: A stack assist system includes a stacking surface, such as a pallet, configured to receive a plurality of packages thereon. A graphical display is configured to display a visual representation of an optimized stack of packages on the staking surface. A package position indicator may indicate the location of a package to be placed on package stack. The system may receive package data from a warehouse management system and determine an optimized stack based on numerous considered and weighted parameters related to the packages. • Publication number: 20210130025
Abstract: A product unpacking system includes a work surface at a first height and a product unloading position at a second height. An adjustable cutter is positioned adjacent to the work surface and configured to cut a plurality of sides of each case. A case movement device, such as a robot or manual mover, is configured to retrieve a case from a group of cases and move the case to the cutter to cut a plurality of sides of the case. The case movement device may then move the cut case to an unload position over a product container to allow products within the case to drop into the product container. A system of conveyors may be used to convey empty product containers toward the work surface and to convey filled product containers away from the work surface. The system may be automated to receive recipe information for each case to be unloaded and modify parameters of the system based on the case.

  • Patent number: 10860356
Abstract: A host computer has a plurality of containers including a first container executing therein, where the host also includes a physical network interface controller (NIC). A packet handling interrupt is detected upon receipt of a first data packet associated with the first container. If the first virtual machine is latency sensitive, then the packet handling interrupt is processed. If the first virtual machine is not latency sensitive, then the first data packet is queued and and processing of the packet handling interrupt is delayed.

  • Publication number: 20190330923
Abstract: A well service pump system supplies high pressure working fluid to a well. The pump system includes a closed-loop hydraulic circuit for actuating a plurality of working pump assemblies. The pump system is powered by a motor, which transfers mechanical energy to a plurality of pumps, which, in turn, provide hydraulic fluid to operate hydraulic ram cylinders, and thereby operate the working pump assemblies. Each of the polished rods of the hydraulic ram cylinders is connected axially to a plunger rod end of the working fluid end cylinder to operate the working pump assembly.

  • Publication number: 20190331245
Abstract: A pump fluid end assembly having removable, modular valve blocks that include check valves such that the check valves can be more easily and quickly accessed, replaced, or repaired at a well site by removing the modular valve blocks from a fluid end of the pump fluid end assembly and from an inlet connection and an outlet connection of the pump fluid end assembly.

  • Publication number: 20190331117
Abstract: A well service pump system supplies high pressure working fluid to a well. The pump system is a linear design which incorporates an electric motor, a variable frequency drive (VFD), a pump drive, closed loop variable flow rate hydraulic pumps, hydraulic ram cylinders, working fluid end cylinders, and a coupling to connect the hydraulic ram cylinders and the working fluid end cylinders. The electric motor powers the hydraulic system which, in turn, provides hydraulic fluid to operate the hydraulic ram cylinders. The VFD is connected to a single one of the hydraulic pumps at a time and applies power to the connected pump, via the pump drive, to drive the connected pump from a cold start to an operating speed. The VFD is connected sequentially, one pump at a time, to each of the hydraulic pumps and disconnected from each pump once the pump reaches the operating speed. Once the pump reaches operating speed, the pump is connected to receive power directly to the electric motor.

  • Publication number: 20190331110
Abstract: A well service pump system for supplying working fluid to a well, the pump system having structural joint coupled to and extending between the housing of a hydraulic ram cylinder and the housing of a working fluid end cylinder that maintains the distance between the housings and stabilizes the housings relative to one another without interfering with the operation of the pump system. The structural joint further permits the use of minimal supporting structures for securing the hydraulic ram cylinder and working fluid end cylinder to a surface, such as the bed of a trailer.
