The plurality of vitamins include at least vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B-1, B-2, B-6, and B-12, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, and mixtures thereof, while the plurality of minerals include at least selenium, zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper, chromium, cobalt, phosphorous, iodine, potassium and molybdenum. The composition further includes at least one or both of 125-175 mg of co-enzyme Q-10 and 25-150 mg of purified Butterbur root extract.
