Abstract: The invention disclosed relates to proteins derived from parasitic nematodes that confer protective immunity against infection by parasitic nematodes, to nucleotide sequences encoding those proteins, to recombinant molecules containing such sequences, to host cells transformed with such recombinant molecules and methods for the production of the nucleotide sequences, recombinant molecules and hosts. The invention also relates to vaccines comprising proteins of the invention together with suitable carriers or diluents and to antibodies raised against proteins of the invention.

Abstract: In accordance with the disclosed method, an attitude determining device which is installed onboard a mobile craft, like an aircraft, for example, at an unknown orientation with respect to the reference coordinate system of the craft senses its installation orientation with respect to an earth frame coordinate system when the craft is at rest to obtain a static orientation measurement thereof. Thereafter, an attitude of the mobile craft with respect to the earth frame is measured with the attitude determining device and such measurement is compensated with the static orientation measurement to obtain attitude information of the craft's reference coordinate system with respect to the earth frame coordinate system. The installation orientation of the attitude determining device may be sensed while the craft is at rest in either a leveled or unleveled condition.

Abstract: A water conservation apparatus for recycling and reusing water from non-solid discharges in which rinse water discharged from washing machines and dishwashers is captured and reused in subsequent washing operations. The apparatus also includes storage tank in which water discharged from tubs, showers and sinks is captured, stored and then automatically reused at most appropriate times for irrigation purposes. Wastewater from the dishwasher and washing machine, when not recycled, can also be routed to the storage tank, or, alternatively, can be routed directly to a sprinkler system for irrigation purposes.
