Further, the oven door operating apparatus can include an oven door positioned between the side surface of the first panel and the side surface of the second panel. Also, in various embodiments the first plurality of grooves and the second plurality of grooves can extend in a first direction and then turn to extend in a second direction.

The assembly includes seals to provide pressure integrity and prevent leaking.
