  • Patent number: 12034799
Abstract: The invention is that of systems and methods for controllerless and distributed network connections to servers on a network by remote clients seeking their services. The invention comprises a central database where servers within a server group identified by a group name may post unique identifiers (UIDs) for retrieval by group clients configured with the group name, which may query the central database for server connection information such as uptime, downtime, and congestion in order to select a server for a preferential connection based on an overall availability profile as determined by the group client. In some embodiments, one server of the group is a “dummy server” that may aggregate and selectively transmit server information from other servers in the group, or other devices, and posts it to the central database for client access. The methods described herein eliminate a separate controller and thereby a single point of failure (SPOF).

  • Patent number: 12030824
Abstract: The disclosure generally describes the discovery of a train of Trichoderma gamsii (NRRL B-50520) that has multiple capabilities for various uses in plant agriculture and development of systems for its use. This patent application compares its abilities to enhance plant agriculture for a number of applications with a number of other microbial agents and that are contained within useful formulations. While other strains or mixtures have abilities to confer one trait or another, this strain appears to be uniquely versatile in its capabilities. It can be used in conventional or organic agriculture for the promotion of plant growth and increase in crop yields when applied topically as a foliar spray or as a seed coating. The highly active products also are expected to increase plant productivity and improve quality of fruits, vegetables, flowers or other plant products.

  • Patent number: 12030826
Abstract: The present invention relates to improving the efficacy of man-made and/or natural organic-based animal manure fertilizers by administration of an organic solvent formula containing polyorganic acids and/or their salts. The formulation liberates nutrient(s) that are normally bound in the soil as insoluble salts and complexes. These delivery formulations also provide an environmentally sound and inherently safe solvating system that improves diffusion of polyorganic acids to the granule fertilizer. These delivery formulations enable safe storage, transport and subsequent application or blending with solid or liquid fertilizers. The combined formulation and fertilizer can be applied to soil to provide improved efficacy of fertilizer by liberating nutrients bound in the soil for uptake by plant life.
