Each toy station contains a means of disinfecting toys prior to use by the toy-user. Each toy is permanently mounted to a substrate that removably attaches to the toy station. Each substrate is readily identifiable as belonging to a given toy station to reduce theft and intermixing of provided toys with any personal toys of any toy-users.
