Abstract: The present invention relates to 1-(2,6-diazaspiro[3.3]heptan-6-yl)-5,6-dihydro-4H-benzo[f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine derivatives and related compounds of Formula (I): wherein A, B, G, R1, R1b, R1C, R2 and X are as defined herein. The present compounds are vasopressin receptor antagonists (in particular of the Via receptor) for the treatment of neuro-psychological disorders, such as e.g. autism, anxiety, stress-related disorders, depression, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Abstract: An adjustable golf swing practice device adapted for engaging a knee or calf muscle of a back leg of a golfer and preventing body sway during a golf club back swing. The practice device includes an adjustable leg brace for engaging the outside of the knee or calf muscle to help encourage and maintain knee flex and prevent the straightening or locking of the back leg during a club back swing. The leg brace is attached to an adjustable leg brace pole having a telescoping rod and an outer tube for adjusting the length of the pole for different heights of golfers. The outer tube is pivotally mounted on a leg brace pole housing with housing base. The housing base includes a horizontal shoe extension, which is used for receiving the golfer's shoe thereon and holding the practice device in place during practice.

Abstract: An insertion and encoder system monitors broadcasts from a first broadcasting system to determine the presence of segments that can be substituted in a second broadcast. In one embodiment, the system and method determines whether the first segment from the first broadcast had been sold for the second broadcasting system. In this example embodiment, if the first segment had not been sold for the second broadcasting system, it is substituted for a second segment. The system and method accesses an inventory of sold substitution segments and substitutes a sold segment for the unsold segment in real time. In one embodiment, sold advertisement segments are substituted for unsold advertisement segments that are broadcast to a wide audience over the Internet. Segments are selected in accordance with predefined criteria that can include user demographics and/or personal preferences.

The method includes the client creating an order event with a preferred supplier, the server routing the order event to the preferred supplier, the server monitoring status of the order event from the preferred supplier, the preferred supplier processing the order event, and the server periodically synchronizing inventory between the client and all suppliers.

Abstract: A golf ball putting device used by a golfer to practice a line of sight directly over the top center of a golf ball when putting the ball. By practicing with the device, the golfer enhances his or her skill in alignment of sight over the top of the golf ball with improved putting skills. The golf ball putting device includes an upright support having a vertical lower portion, a curved middle portion and a horizontal upper portion. The lower portion can be inserted into a ground surface or inserted into a stand. The upper portion includes a forked end. The forked end includes a first fork arm and a second fork arm with an eye alignment opening therebetween. Ends of the first fork arm and the second fork arm are joined together by an elongated upper sight alignment member. The upper sight alignment member, when properly positioned, is parallel to the direction of travel of the golf ball when it is putted. Suspended from opposite ends of the upper sight alignment member are a pair of suspension chains.
