Abstract: A method and system of mediating an exchange of a series of digital messages between parties to ensure compliance with a predetermined messaging protocol associated with a transaction process. The mediation is achieved via an intelligent gateway located between an internal and an external communication network and comprises a component for monitoring messages passing through the gateway and determining whether the messages comply with or deviate from the predetermined messaging protocol, which may be coded in a global description language. The monitor may act passively and provide a notification of the degree of compliance or may actively block non-compliant messages. A mechanism is provided for replaying and fixing non-compliant messages. A system comprising several intelligent gateways includes a router for routing messages to a particular intelligent gateway according to destination.

Abstract: A computer implemented method provides a way of storing custom access control rules with information to which they apply. The rules can be associated with individual pieces of information, to provide a finer grained level of access without the need for prior knowledge of all potential entities that may access the information. The stored data and access control rules may be associated with a virtual representation of an entity, which may be one of many virtual representations of different entities managed within a globally accessible and federated information store. The access control rules can be based on querying information associated with the virtual representation of a requesting party, or information accessible by navigating relationships associated with that virtual representation, thereby providing great flexibility.

Abstract: A configurable rotary spray nozzle having lower manufacturing and maintenance costs through the use of an external shell providing strength and resistance to damage such that molded internal components can be utilized to provide the desired spray characteristics. The molded internal wet components can comprise molded polymeric structures that allow for the formation of complex flow geometries and structures that are either impossible or economically impractical to achieve with conventional tooling and machining operations. The use of an external shell provides for use of replacement kits to maintain or otherwise replace worn and/or damaged internal wet components while reusing the external housing. The use of the external shell also allows a user to customize and change spray performance of the configurable rotary spray nozzle by swapping internal wet components having selected flow geometries and characteristics so as to provide a desired spray performance.

Abstract: An expandable chemical delivery system sharing a common bulk fluid inlet and bulk fluid flow path to direct a bulk fluid through one or more selected chemical eductors. Each chemical eductor is slidably insertable into an eductor port on the manifold body such that rotation of the chemical eductor is not required for installation. After installation, the orientation of the chemical eductor can be rotatably adjusted so as to avoid interference with adjacent chemical eductors. Delivery of a bulk fluid to each chemical eductor is controlled via a corresponding valve assembly that selectively allows or blocks flow of the bulk fluid form the bulk fluid flow path to the corresponding chemical eductor. The manifold body can include a plurality of individual manifold bodies approximated with a coupling system to define the bulk fluid flow path. Alternatively, the manifold body can comprise a single fabricated body for high pressure operation.

The collection of requirement objects is defined in a requirement management system for a software product, and the set of configuration management objects is defined in a configuration management system that is operable to manage the development of the software product. A determination is made that a particular requirement object was changed. In response to determining that the particular requirement object was changed, one or more links of the plurality of links are automatically determined. The one or more links respectively associate one or more configuration management objects, of the set of configuration management objects, with the particular requirement object. The one or more links are then identified as suspect.

Relationship information that associates a collection of requirement objects with a set of configuration management objects is stored. The collection of requirement objects is defined in a requirement management system for a software product, and the set of configuration management objects is defined in a configuration management system that is operable to manage the development of the software product. A particular requirement object from the collection of requirement objects is determined. Based on the relationship information, one or more configuration management objects that are associated with the particular requirement object are determined. A baseline that includes copies of the one or more configuration management objects is created and stored, where the copies include specific versions of the one or more configuration objects.

Abstract: The invention proposed is an improved chlorine monitor providing advanced software technology to replace traditional costly electronic sensor interface boards. The device also provides capability for data logging and remote alarming and modem operation for downloading or assessing current conditions in real time. The device measures free residual chlorine to an accuracy of ±0.01 PPM [mg/l] by employing a long term gel based chlorine sensor with superior aging properties. The sensor aging is superior compared with the traditional wet-chemical based chlorine sensors that show declining readings as the traditional sensor wet-chemical storage volumes decline with usage.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for providing proxy access to a set of resources subject to constraints specified by the primary party having access to the resources. The system comprises one or more proxy cards associated with a proxy account that contains details on the resources available and also configurable rules for processing proxy authorization requests and returning an authorization response in dependence on the rules. The system includes a processor and a database. The processor is in communication with the database and determines a mean utility value for each pharmaceutical intervention by correlating each probability associated with each pharmaceutical intervention with the utility value associated with the respective health state. The processor also compares the pharmaceutical interventions the mean utility values of the pharmaceutical interventions by decision analysis.
