    Abstract: An apparatus including a housing secured to a filter web, wherein the housing includes a reciprocating rod directed orthogonally through the housing relative to the filter web, whereupon plugging of the filter web permits the rod to be directed through the housing to effect actuation of a switch therewithin. The rod mounts a magnet to track a plurality of contacts of a switch within the housing to effect actuation of an audible and visual alarm.
