  • Patent number: 4870771
Abstract: A revolver holder for revolvers of the type having a cylinder retention pin which includes a spring biased keeper. The holder includes a plate member defining a recess for placement of the cylinder; a first stud operable to engage the back of the hammer; a second stud operable to engage the frame; and a third stud provided with an aperture for receiving the keeper. A keeper engagement pin reciprocally movable within the aperture is pushed to dislodge the spring biased keeper from the aperture for removal of the revolver from the holder. The third stud also may include a stud placement adjustment for adapting to revolvers having slightly different dimensions. The first and second studs may be provided with shoulders to prevent contact between the frame, cylinder, and barrel of the revolver with the holder. Proper spacing of the studs prevents mounting of the revolver onto the holder when the hammer chamber of the cylinder contains a cartridge.

  • Patent number: 4836425
Abstract: A plate for holding a handgun of the type having a retention stud and clip, said plate comprising a keyhole slot for receiving the stud and a clip opening for receiving the clip. A groove on the front face of the plate guides the clip into the clip opening simultaneously with the reception of the stud by the keyhole slot, upon lateral movement of the handgun relative to the plate. The clip, and hence the handgun, is held firmly against the plate by a cantilever spring mounted on the back face of the plate. A shoulder, defined by the clip opening and groove, causes the clip to snap in place to prevent accidental removal of the handgun from the plate. The plate may be either free standing, hung like a picture frame, or may include a buckle and latch pin for mounting upon a belt to define a handgun holding belt buckle.

  • Patent number: 4689908
Abstract: Holster-handgrip extension apparatus for miniature handguns of the type having a handgrip framework defining an opening therethrough. The apparatus includes a pair of pivot bolt support plates located within the framework opening and separated by a separator-spacer member for holding the plates flush with the sides of the framework; a pivot bolt supported by the plates; and a rigid shell pivotally engaging the pivot bolt, the shell having a longitudinal, top opening, slot for receiving the handgrip, trigger, part of the handgun stock, and the barrel when in the closed holster position and the shell providing an extension of the handgrip when in the open, operable, position.

  • Patent number: 4407453
Abstract: Diffusion apparatus for gated irrigation pipes including a gate retainer slidingly engaging the pipe to selectively control water dispensed therefrom, and a water diffuser which removeably connects directly to the gate retainer and is moveable therewith. The diffuser includes a framework which may be water porous and a water porous covering of fine meshed screen or bristles for diffusion of the water. The covering and framework together form a channeled or trough-like diffuser. The diffuser is provided with a pin which engages a receiving slot on the gate retainer to hold the diffuser in place. Use of the apparatus prevents soil erosion and unwanted furrowing of the soil at the outlets of gated irrigation pipes.
