Abstract: Disclosed are compositions and methods of making a liquid fertilizer additive of biodegradable polymeric and/or oligomeric nitrification inhibitors comprised of utilizing a non-aqueous polar, aprotic organo liquid (NAPAOL) as the reaction medium for the reaction of aldehyde(s) with cyano-containing nitrification inhibitors that have one or more aldehyde reactive groups selected from the group consisting of a) primary, b) secondary amines, c) amides, d) thiols, e) hydroxyls and f) phenols.

Abstract: The present invention relates to improving the efficacy of man-made and/or natural organic-based animal manure fertilizers by administration of an organic solvent formula containing polyorganic acids and/or their salts. The formulation liberates nutrient(s) that are normally bound in the soil as insoluble salts and complexes. These delivery formulations also provide an environmentally sound and inherently safe solvating system that improves diffusion of polyorganic acids to the granule fertilizer. These delivery formulations enable safe storage, transport and subsequent application or blending with solid or liquid fertilizers. The combined formulation and fertilizer can be applied to soil to provide improved efficacy of fertilizer by liberating nutrients bound in the soil for uptake by plant life.

Abstract: This invention is a protected enclosure to allow upland game birds including bobwhite quail to be introduced into and to thrive in the wild with low mortality rate. This is accomplished through the use of an acclimation portion where the birds become used to feeding and watering in the protected enclosure while being allowed to ingress and egress between the acclimation portion and the feeding and watering portion. Provision is made for one or more call birds to be isolated after the acclimation period upon initial introduction into the wild. The call bird or birds can then be reunited with the covey. Commercially available cooked ration can be used which allows vitamins, minerals and other supplements to be added to the normal diet of the birds.
