  • Patent number: 10839598
Abstract: One example includes a non-transitory machine readable storage medium including voxels organized by an octree and at least one quad-tree index. The octree defines an object to be three-dimensionally printed and includes a list of nodes for each depth of the octree where each node includes nodal content representing at least one voxel. The at least one quad-tree index is to index at least one node of the octree and has a depth less than or equal to a maximum resolved depth. The at least one quad-tree index is to be accessed by computer executable instructions to retrieve nodal content from the octree to control a processor to process the object to be three-dimensionally printed.

  • Patent number: 7924310
Abstract: Image data processing methods, image data processing systems, and articles of manufacture are described. According to one aspect, an image data processing method includes accessing initial image data of a first image representation of a scene, selecting one of a plurality of imaging conditions, wherein the selected one of the imaging conditions is different than an initial one of the imaging conditions used to generate the initial image data, and processing the initial image data using the selected one of the imaging conditions to provide processed image data of a second image representation of the scene different from the first image representation of the scene, wherein the second image representation of the scene represents the scene as if it were captured according to the selected one of the imaging conditions.

  • Patent number: 7609230
Abstract: A method and system is provided for creating a display and generating images. Creating the display includes receiving a transmissive display component over an emissive display component and positioning each emissive display pixel with one or more transmissive display pixels creating a display surface capable of displaying color images. Displaying images on the display surface includes decomposing image data associated with the image into separate chrominance signal levels and luminance signal levels, displaying the representation of the chrominance signal levels of the image by driving emissive display pixels in correspondence to the chrominance characteristic of the image, generating the representation of the luminance signal levels for display through the emissive display pixels of the emissive display component and filtering the displayed representation of the luminance signal level using transmissive display pixels in accordance with the luminance characteristics of the image.
