    Abstract: A method of adjusting the circadian rhythm of a mammal comprising administering to said an effective circadian rhythm adjusting amount of 6-methyl-5-oxo-3-thiomorpholinylcarbonyl-L-histidyl-L-prolinamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is disclosed. The method of the invention may be useful to assist shift workers adjust to rotating work schedules, to alleviate the effects of jet-lag on travelers to remote time zones and/or to treat sufferers of delayed sleep phase syndrome.
