  • Publication number: 20180345931
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrical system for use in a vehicle. The electrical system comprises a controller and electrically operable vehicle brake means. The electrical system comprises at least one vehicle electric load including vehicle brake control means operable to selectively control the vehicle brake means to move between an engaged position in which the vehicle brake means acts to inhibit movement of the vehicle and a disengaged position in which the vehicle brake means does not act to inhibit movement of the vehicle. The electrical system also comprises first and second batteries for providing electric power to the vehicle brake means and the at least one vehicle electric load. In response to detection of a fault in the electrical system, the controller is operable to electrically isolate the second battery and the vehicle brake means from the first battery and the at least one vehicle electric load, and the vehicle brake means is configured to automatically assume the engaged position.

  • Publication number: 20060068636
Abstract: A cord set for connecting a vehicle to a power source includes a first cord having a first connector adapted to be selectively connected to the power source and a second cord having a second connector adapted to be selectively connected to the vehicle. In addition, the cord set includes a coupling mechanism that selectively couples the first cord to the second cord. The coupling mechanism includes a first fitting fixedly attached to the first cord having a plurality of projections and a second fitting fixedly attached to the second cord having a plurality of apertures for matingly receiving the projections of the first fitting. The projections engage the apertures to connect the first fitting to the second fitting under normal operation and disengage the apertures to disconnect the first fitting from the second fitting when the cord set is place under a predetermined tensile force.

  • Publication number: 20050109173
Abstract: The “e Jointer’ is unlike other masonry jointers by its unique shape and design. It is made of metal or other durable material, bent or formed in the shape of an e. The top part of the “e Jointer” serves as the handle. The lower and longer part serves as the runner, which is used to shape the mortar joints between block, brick, and other masonry building materials. The size and shape of the “e Jointer” can differ depending on the width or thickness of the mortar joints and the shape desired for the mortar joint.
